For an additional level of security when logging in to Barracuda Cloud Control, you can set up multi-factor authentication. The Barracuda Backup Service automatically provides email alerts to administrators when service issues are detected. Notifications are sent when errors or file warnings are detected in backups or, when files are missing.

Protecting a system is uncomplicated and quick. Good reporting. Agent installs without requiring reboot. Easy system to learn and use. Awesome support. Had to reinstall the agent on a couple servers after backups failed to initialize. Cloud storage can be expensive but is unlimited and not required. Recovery seems cumbersome and slow. Improvements could be made here.
